A Background in the Healing Arts

We both come with a background in the healing arts; Tom, in the massage therapy field for many years, and Beryl an R.N. for 17 years. From 1995 until May 2008, we ran a successful spa in Calistoga on the property of a resort. During those years, we found ourselves limited due to the building and conditions in the area.  With Health Spa Healdsburg, we have created a beautiful intimate environment, as ecologically friendly as possible. We’ve hired the very best therapists who are technically proficient as well as personable and caring.

Our Vision of the Perfect Destination Spa

We made careful plans as to how we would envision and create an ideal spa. Health Spa Healdsburg is our vision of the perfect destination spa. We have been personally involved in the décor and landscaping choices, hired all the staff, and are responsible for the treatments and the guest practitioners. The guest practitioners are exceptional people with exceptional talents. We also personally screen each one before we invite them to the spa. It is our way of helping these talented healers and our community.
