Gift Card orders are mailed out within 24 hours of purchase, and can include a personal note from you to the recipient.

Q: Can you replace a lost or stolen Gift Card?

A: Because each Gift Card is registered, we can replace lost or stolen cards by simply transferring your information to a new card. The value stored on the replacement gift card will match the balance of your account at the time you reported your original card missing. The replacement gift card will be sent to you at no cost.

Q: Do you apply taxes and mailing costs to the gift card?

A: No. Taxes and shipping costs will not be applied to your gift card purchase; we will only charge you the face value of the gift card.

Q: Can I use a promotion or discount when I am paying with a Gift Card?

A: Yes, your discounts will be applied to your order even when your payment is made with a Gift Card.
